Speaking during the event, Elder Aniefiok Udo James, Dean of the College of Personal Assistants II, described the ARISE Agenda as a clear and forward looking framework for sustainable governance and community advancement. He said the endorsement was informed by the Governor’s consistent focus on inclusive governance, as well as deliberate policies targeting youth and women empowerment and strategic development in all parts of the state. He assured that the forum would continue to support the full execution of the ARISE Agenda in a second term.
Representing the Governor, the Political Adviser, Prince Godwin Ntuk Udeh, PhD, said Pastor Eno has demonstrated strong political will in implementing every component of the ARISE Agenda. Prince Udeh also praised the Ward Personal Assistants for energising the political space and described them as the frontline representatives of the Governor at the community level. He encouraged them to continue projecting the impact of the administration so that rural dwellers can clearly experience the benefits of the Governor’s leadership through their engagement.
