Hon Ayang Akanimo Ayang set to bury Uncle Tomorrow Saturday 3rd January 2026

Hon Ayang Akanimo Ayang, a former member of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Mkpisong Ibibio, Atta of Eket, former Director Ibom Power Co Ltd, Fellow Nigeria Institute of Management and a Stakeholder of APC has conclude arrangement to give his uncle a befitting burial.

The patriarch of Abakasanga family, Late Elder Inyang Philip Abakasanga of Nung Odungide in Atai Ndon Afaha Eket, was born in 1930 and died in 2025 at the age of 95 years.

According to Hon Ayang Akanimo, there will be a Service of Songs in honor of his uncle, today, Friday, 2nd January 2026 at United Evangelical Church, Hospital Road, Eket, by 4.00pm

While the Funeral Service is scheduled for tomorrow Saturday 3rd January 2026 at Government Primary School, Enen Ekpene Street Eket, by 10.00am

Hon Ayang Ayang though not the Chief Mourner, but a loving nephew, has invited his friends, those related, connected and associated with him to join in celebrating the life of his uncle.
