Nigerian businesswoman celebrates daughter’s graduation as Medical Doctor in UK

Prominent Nigerian businesswoman, Mrs Margaret Jones, popularly known as “Mma Ikpa” has celebrated her first daughter, Dr. Glory Jones, as she graduated as a Medical Doctor at University of Lancashire, Preston, United Kingdom.

Mrs Jones, who was physically presence at the graduation ceremony held at the school auditorium, said henceforth, she will be addressed as “Eka Doctor” meaning “Doctor’s Mother.”

In a Facebook post, she wrote, “I am so happy and deeply grateful to be among the mothers they now call “Eka Doctor.” Thank you Lord, for making this day possible. I am truly grateful. Eyen Mma Ikpa 1 is graduating.”

She further stated, “Come and celebrate God’s faithfulness with us as we witness this special milestone.”

Reacting, one of the well wishers, Daniel Ike wrote, “Congratulations, Ma! My heart is filled with joy as I celebrate this beautiful achievement with you and your family. Becoming Eka Doctor is a well-deserved blessing, and seeing your daughter reach this remarkable milestone is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, your sacrifices, prayers, and unwavering support.

“Congratulations to your daughter on her graduation from the University of Lancashire. May this be the beginning of even greater heights, open doors, and outstanding success. May God continue to bless your family, preserve every good thing He has started, and give you many more reasons to rejoice. Congratulations once again, Ma. I sincerely celebrate with you, and I pray that your joy will never know an end.”

Another well-wisher, Jossy Jameson, wrote, “Ufan Ami am so grateful to God and you for the grace he’s given to you, congratulations to the adiaha.mamy celebrations and more wins.”

Also reacting, Humble Patrick, in his excitement declared, “I feel like screaming on top of the hill and let the world know what a phenomenal baby girl has achieved so far in life. I’m so happy to hear that you have graduated from the University of Lancashire Preston United Kingdom. You make us much prouder, it wasn’t easy but God Almighty scales you through. Congratulations Pretty Prettiness, beauty with brain. Happy Convocation.”

Mrs. Jones was accompanied to the graduation ceremony with his son.
