INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

1. Construction of a 1.5m road linking the entrance of Ini Local Government Secretariat to the Odoro Ikpe-Ibam-Mbiabet Road with culvert and drainage channels, improving accessibility and easing transportation.

2. Construction of a modern ICT Hub, alongside a Legislative Chamber, Councillor’s Offices, and Supervisors’ Offices, to strengthen administrative efficiency and digital capacity.

3. Major renovation of the Council Hall, now renamed the “Ini Remodeled Hall,” providing a befitting environment for official engagements.

4. Construction of the Ini Local Government Gateway, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and identity of the LGA.

5. Grading of feeder road across the 11 Wards in Ini Local Government Area, improving rural access and boosting local economic activities.

6. Construction of a culvert at the entrance of the Council Secretariat enhancing drainage and access.

7. Development of a Car Park Arena within the Council Secretariat to improve organization and traffic management.

RURAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Drilling of boreholes across communities to provide safe, clean and accessible water supply, improving public health and the quality of life for residents.

2. Rehabilitation/Repair of Damaged Boreholes across numerous villages in Ini Local Government Area, restoring access to safe and portable water for rural communities.

3. Provision of continuous support and intervention program aimed at improving the standard of living for residents across all communities in Ini LGA.

SPORTS DEVELOPMENT

1. Ongoing construction of the Ini Mini-Sports Stadium, aimed at promoting youth development and sporting excellence.

UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES

1. Repair and replacement of damaged electrical poles and accessories affected by windstorms, restoring electricity to affected areas.

2. Provision of official vehicles to the Leader of the Legislative Council and the Secretary of Council to enhance administrative efficiency and effective service delivery.

3. Installation of solar street light within the Council Secretariat to enhance security and night time visibility.

4. Cultivation of spice, vegetable, and fruit crops such as ginger, fresh tomatoes, and papaya to boost food production, create employment opportunities, improve livelihoods, and strengthen economic development across the local government area.

HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT/ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

1. Disbursement of N120million in grassroots business grants to farmers and young entrepreneurs under the “U Rise, We, We Rise Empowerment Initiative,” fostering local economic growth and self-reliance.

2. 10 Million Naira Women Empowerment Scheme, boosting entrepreneurship, economic self-reliance, and household incomes across Ini Local Government Area.
