Veronica fondly addressed as Madame Boveeri is a business executive and hospitality entrepreneur whose career is shaped by vision, resilience and a strong commitment to service. With a background in Business Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Management Services from Mount Allison University, Canada (2017), she combines academic training, corporate experience and entrepreneurial ambition in her pursuit of excellence and social responsibility.

Mrs. Veronica Inyang, CEO of Boveeri Pavilion and Suites, Eket
An important part of her career began at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Lagos, where she served as a Graduate Trainee and Supervisor in the Home Management Department from 2002 to 2005. She had first joined the corporation in 1998 for her industrial attachment. These roles gave her valuable experience in administration, organisational coordination and professional management.
Over time, her entrepreneurial ambitions took her beyond the corporate world and into the hospitality industry.
On 1 December 2018, she co-founded BOVEERI Pavilion and Suites, Eket , and took on the role of Chief Executive Officer. With a clear vision and a commitment to quality, she has helped shape BOVEERI into a professionally managed business centred on customer satisfaction, excellent service and sustainable growth.
As CEO, she sets the company’s strategic direction and oversees its administration, hospitality operations, service standards, customer relations and business development. Her approach reflects a belief that building a lasting enterprise takes more than investment. It also calls for vision, sound management, consistency and genuine care for the people the business serves.
Beyond the boardroom and the hospitality industry, Veronica Inyang’s work takes another meaningful form: humanitarian service.
As a Patron and Associate Member of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, she supports charitable outreach and provides assistance to widows, orphans, less privileged people and vulnerable families. Through financial and material contributions, she shows a genuine commitment to human dignity and to people facing difficult circumstances.
Her philanthropy reflects a belief that success should mean more than personal growth or business accomplishments. It should also offer a chance to lift others up, ease hardship and make a real difference in society.
From corporate service and entrepreneurship to hospitality management and humanitarian work, Veronica brings together professional skill and compassion. Her journey shows that the value of enterprise is measured not only by what it builds, but also by the opportunities it creates and the lives it touches.
Let’s acknowledge this empowered, philanthropist, who is building more than a business: in creating value, extending compassion and showing that purposeful leadership should leave a positive mark beyond the walls of an enterprise in our ecosystem.
