Akwa Ibom Governor’s Aide Quits Bachelorhood, As CPC Chairman Convenes Planning Committee Meeting

The Personal Assistant to Governor Umo Eno, Ambassador Ubong Creativity, has finally decided to quit bachelorhood after many years of searching for a life partner.

The traditional marriage and white wedding are slated for Saturday, September 20, 2025, and preparations are already in top gear.

At the inaugural meeting of the Central Planning Committee (CPC) held earlier today, the Chairman, Dr. Tommy Enodien, expressed gratitude to God for granting Amb. Ubong the wisdom to find a suitable partner and take the bold step of settling down.

Dr. Enodien commended members of the committee for accepting to serve, noting that their commitment and unity will ensure a hitch-free and memorable celebration. He further charged the committee to show dedication and work with urgency, given the short time left before the big day.

The forthcoming ceremonies are expected to attract government functionaries, political associates, friends, and well-wishers from across the state.

The committee has Dr. Tommy Enodien as Chairman, Edidem Mfon Bassey as Secretary, Enobong Nsimah as Director of Finance, Mr. Daniel Edon as Director of Media and Publicity, Comrade Peace Bassey as Director In charge of Logistics and Protocol, and Kingsley Ita in charge of Security.
