Fondly known as Cathy and widely recognized as the “Radio Chef,” is an accomplished broadcaster, government communicator, media consultant, and public affairs presenter whose life and career embody resilience, excellence, and purpose.

As a physically challenged woman who courageously challenged ableism and societal limitations. She carries on with a swag that earns admiration for her. Her diction and pronunciation is top notch. Catherine has emerged a remarkable voice in media and public communication, proving that disability is not inability. Through determination, faith, and unwavering commitment to excellence, she has become a phenomenon in her field and an inspiration to countless individuals navigating life’s challenges.

With extensive experience in broadcasting, strategic communication, public affairs, and media production, Catherine has established herself as a trusted professional known for delivering meaningful content that informs, educates, and inspires. Her expertise spans programme development, documentary production, creative media content, public enlightenment campaigns, and communication projects that bridge the gap between government, institutions, and the people.

She is the host of ARISE Update on Radio, a highly engaging public affairs programme that focuses on government policies, developmental initiatives, and issues that promote informed citizenship and civic participation.
