Frank Archibong at 50: A Legacy of Impact and Service
As Mkpisong Frank Archibong, The Dean of Commissioners and the Commissioner in charge of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs clocks 50, his life continues to reflect generosity, service, and a commitment to touching lives.
Today, the former Eket council boss will mark this golden milestone with the commissioning of several community-driven projects in addition to already commenced weeklong free medical and surgical outreach in Eket.
The outreach, which is already underway, is designed to provide essential healthcare services to vulnerable residents within Eket and beyond.
In further demonstration of his passion for human development, Archibong will commission a 20,000-litre borehole with a treatment plant at Esit Urua, ensuring access to clean water for the community. He will also hand over a fully furnished compassionate home to a family in Nta Isip, Ikot Ibiok, Eket LGA.
At Government Primary School, Afaha Uqua Obok Idim, pupils now have access to potable drinking water and a functional toilet facility, thanks to Archibong’s intervention.
Supporters describe him as a man who loves people, uplifts communities, and contributes meaningfully to the growth of Akwa Ibom State. His continued support for Governor Umo Eno’s Arise Agenda further underscores his commitment to sustainable development.
As Mkpisong 1 celebrates 50, many hail him not just for his philanthropy, but for consistently setting the record straight as a leader who cares for his people.
Congratulations to Frank Archibong @ 50.
