Gov Eno’s Car Gifts To NUJ EXCO: A Truly Unprecedented Gesture

When Gov. Umo Eno bought cars for National Assembly members, House of Assembly members, Commissioners, Local Government Chairmen, former deputy governors,his aides, chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and individuals, ,it was considered a grand gesture. It was not considered an unusual gesture in the real of politics.

However, the gift of 11 new cars to members of the State Working Committee of the Nigeria Union of Journalists in Akwa Ibom State is an extraordinary gesture and unprecedented in the history of the NUJ in Nigeria.

While the standard practice of car gifts by a governor in the realm of politics often focuses on high-performance vehicles, an unusual car gifts, like the under consideration take a different approach. They tell a story, evoke emotions, and create memories that last a lifetime.
