Hon. Okpolupm Etteh Provides Free Medical Services to Esit Eket Local Government

As a demonstration of his steadfast commitment to improve the health and wellbeing of his constituents, Hon. Okpolupm Etteh, Member representing Eket/Onna/Esit Eket/Ibeno Federal Constituency, has provided free comprehensive medical outreach and ophthalmological services to the people of Esit Eket Local Government Area.

The outreach is in progress at Cottage Hospital Ekpene Obo, where medical practitioners are present providing medical attention to patients across the local government.

This health initiative and decisive action serves as a testament to Rep. Etteh’s unwavering dedication to bringing good governance and
healthcare services closer to his constituents.

The 2 day outreach provide medical consultations, free treatment, various tests, distribution of drugs, eye care services and health sensitization.

Inaugurating the exercise in Esit Eket LGA, Hon. Etteh who was ably represented by the Vice Chairman of Ibeno LGA, Pharm. Ukpong Okon, said the free medical outreach is part of the MP sustained efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of his constituents.

In his remarks, Hon. Urua Urua Akpe, State Auditor of APC and Village Council Chairman of Ekpene Obo Village, lauded Hon. Etteh for the initiative and good work in addressing the healthcare needs of his constituents, noting that his representation exemplify the true spirit of public service.

The event witnessed an impressive turnout and the people of Esit Eket were full of excitement and thanked the MP for rendering qualitative service to his people.
