MKPAT ENIN CHAIRMAN, ENGR. INYANG, APPLAUDS GOV. ENO ON LANDMARK ROAD COMMISSIONING

The Executive Chairman of Mkpat Enin LGA, Hon. Engr. Emmanuel Inyang, has commended Governor Pastor Umo Bassey Eno for the commissioning of the landmark 10.83km Mkpat Enin–Ikot Ekpe–Ikot Afang–Ikot Umiang–Mbioto–Efa Road, with a spur to Ikot Enyienge and a 30-metre bridge.

According to Inyang, the project is a major development milestone for Mkpat Enin, opening up communities, easing movement and creating new opportunities for the people.

While acknowledging concerns over the Akpaden–42 Road, the Chairman noted that Governor Eno has demonstrated responsiveness by directing the contractors to complete the project as soon as the rains are over.
“Despite the concerns over the Akpaden–42 Road, the Governor has done well. He has also mandated the contractors to return and complete the road immediately after the rains.”

Inyang further described the Eno administration as the administration with the most extensive road construction footprint in the history of Mkpat Enin, stressing that the impact of the projects is being felt across communities.
