On behalf of the people and Government of Esit Eket, I extend my heartfelt and profound congratulations to the Coordinator, Office of the First Lady, Akwa Ibom State, Noble Lady Helen Obareki, and the entire management and staff of the Golden Initiative for All (GIFA), on the auspicious occasion of its second anniversary.
