ARISE Palm Resort at Night

My visit to this facility yesterday night, perhaps gave me a lot more perspective on the vision of the Governor in reclaiming and transforming a nightmare into a tourist haven. My colleague, Udeme was so amazed that he exclaimed, this place people would not love to be going back home again. We chuckled.

With what I’ve seen, Akwa Ibom State is set to launch into global tourism with the standard facilities which include; a 9-hole Golf course, an artificial lake with floating bars and boat access, luxury villas and guest apartments, swimming pools, expansive leisure parks and kiddies playground, restaurants and cafés for both indigineous and , continental services, 1,500 capacity banquet hall with six break-out meeting rooms

It also has sports and recreation facilities like a standard football pitch, lawn tennis courts, volleyball and indoor sports complex, among others, to further position the Resort as a comprehensive hub for leisure, business and entertainment.

Governor Umo Eno may not like making noise, and he needs not do so when his works are loud enough to be heard by all.
