PASTOR MATTHEW ASHIMOLOWO MOBILIZES 7000 WORKFORCE FOR MEGA CRUSADE 

The founder of KICC, London and President of Christ Compassion To The Rural World (CCRW) Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, is scheduled to hold the 2nd Minister’s Meeting in Uyo next Monday 14 September, 2026.

The meeting, aimed at interfacing with over 7,000 Gospel Ministers across the length and breadth of Akwa Ibom State on the forthcoming mega compassionate crusade in November this year, would hold at the City of Hope Cathedral, Believers Assembly Nigeria, Mbiabong Etoi, Uyo at 10am.

The 2nd Ministers’ Meeting with Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo will bring together senior pastors, church founders, and government officials. The one-day meeting will focus on deliberations, strategic planning, and assigning roles to ensure the crusade at Godswill Akpabio Stadium is hosted seamlessly.

Tagged, “Uyo, This Is Extravagant Love,” the 2nd Ministers’ Meeting would give opportunity to several ministers who missed the first meeting in the last July to be integrated into the planning of the crusade.

Besides, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo is expected to utilize the occasion to equip volunteers with skills in managing large crowds, as over 300, 000 people are expected in the crusade.

The uniqueness of the crusade is that it is planned, not only for salvation of souls but to give relief materials to the rural poor who don’t easily gain access to quality medicare, clothing and food.

Unfolding the vision earlier, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo had said that the crusade would serve five purposes: the mobilization of 300,000 people, distribution of over one million food items and clothes, the Ministers Conference, Medical outreaches and Free surgeries before and during the crusade.

Last July, during the 1st Ministers’ Meeting with the Convener in Uyo, several Subcommittees were inaugurated, with the National Publicity Secretary of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Dr. Sylvanus Ukafia as the Chairman of central planning committee and Prelate Prof Isaiah Issong appointed as Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Uyo mega crusade.

Meanwhile, Prelate Issong has called on all Pastors and Ministers of the Gospel in Akwa Ibom State, to embrace the vision of Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo for Akwa Ibomites. He urged all to own the compassionate crusade, as it aligns with the vision of the State government, particularly the ARISE Agenda.
