Inlaws Pay Condolence Visit to Late Deaconess Nkoyo Emmanuel Akpan

In line with Akwa Ibom State tradition, inlaws of Late Deaconess Nkoyo Emmanuel Akpan aka Mma Tomatoes, from Nsit Atai, Nsit Ubium, Esit Eket, Itu and Esit Urua in Eket local government area, respectively, today paid condolence visit to the bereaved family at Atabong in Eket local government area, to condole with them on the exit of their matriarch,

The Esset Esset family from Nsit Atai, who were prominently featured at the condolence visit, with other inlaws, presented items including yams, fish, goat, drinks and cash to the bereaved family as part of their support for successful obsequies of their mother in-law.

The condolence visit attracted friends of Mr. James Emmanuel Akpan, the MD of Javic Jasouth including Imoh, Joseph Etangkanga, Tommey Tommey aka Etekamba, among others and featured music performances by cultural groups including Ekpe Culture from Eket LGA.

According to a family source, Late Deaconess Nkoyo Emmanuel Akpan aka Mma Tomatoes remains will be laid to rest on Friday, 6th March, 2026, at the family compound, No. 8 Apostolic Road, Eket.

Friends and sympathizers are invited to join hands with the bereaved family so as to give the late Matriarch a befitting burial.
